Birthday Celebration!

Tonight we went out to dinner at the Japanese Stake House with my family to celebrate all of our birthday's! Scooter's birthday was in April, Matt's was in May, mine and Heather's (one of Scooter's good friends) was in June, Mark and dad's were in August, and mom's is in September. It was so great to have everyone together to celebrate! We got one of those private rooms, and it was great! We didn't get to watch them cook our food, but that was okay because it was much more intimate. We have all seen the "show" and atmosphere that comes along with sitting at the table around the grill, and we wanted to try something different. We thought that a private room would be better for Caden to have some room and it was! Caden loved it because we had to take our shoes off and we got to sit on the floor. He was wanting to sit with everyone and then he took the wrapper from his straw and made a "baseball" and wanted to play baseball with it. I tell you, what a little imagination he has! Uncle Scooter made Caden some "kid friendly" chopsticks and Caden loved it! He actually used it to eat rice and some of the food! He did an awesome job!
