Papa's Birthday

On Tuesday, August 19th, was my dad's birthday. So, we had him and mom over for dinner and cake. I asked Caden if we should make Papa a chocolate cake or brownies...of course he said chocolate cake with a huge smile on his face. So, after making three trips to the grocery store, we finally had everything to get dinner and the cake made. I measured out everything for the cake and Caden put it all in the mixer, turned the mixer on, and made the cake! Of course it was followed by licking the beaters...his favorite part by far! After we had dinner we put a candle in dad's piece of cake and sang "Happy Birthday", and then Caden helped dad blow out the candle! He loved it! Happy birthday Papa, we love you!
