To Infinity and Beyond!

*The little man really wanted to be Buzz Lightyear for Halloween, so Nana went on line and found him an awesome costume! Caden said that he wanted it to have wings, boots, and goggles! Man, is he picky or what??? He saw the costumes that mom was seeing on line and got so excited about the costume! We have had the costume for a while and every time we went over to mom and dad's house he wanted to put it on. He would never wear it for long because it was so hot, so we weren't sure how well he would do leaving it on while Trick-or-Treating. It was absolutly gorgeous on Friday...in the 70's and he did a great job leaving it on!
**On Friday, we took him around to see different people at work. We started at Uncle Scooters work and Caden loved it! Scooter works with autistic children and we went to see him during their Halloween Party. Caden was so excited when we got there because the kids were having all kinds of fun. They were jumping on the trampoline, riding bikes, and playing all sorts of things. So, of course he was in heaven. He was really excited to see Scooter and play with the kids. After that we left and went to mom's office to show everyone there his costume. Of course he was a hit! Then we went to Heather's (One of Scooters good friends) classroom to see her. She teaches first grade, so he loved being with all of the other kids in the classroom. He was such a great boy all day long!
***Then we came home, and went next door for our annual neighborhood Halloween party. Everyone brought something and then we all ate hotdogs and just relaxed. It wasn't long before he wanted to go Trick-or-Treating. So, we got his costume back on and Mark and Caden headed out for Trick-or-Treating. I can't believe how good Caden did and how long he lasted! He went up and down both sides of our street and then went up and down both sides of the next street in our neighborhood. He came home with a full bucket of stuff! Then off to Nana and Papa's we went to drop the little man off so we could have some fun ourselves! After all the kids were back we had an "adult only" neighborhood party! It was such a great night!
