Endoscopy

Recently I have been having some heartburn and acid reflux and thought that I better go and get it checked out. My GI doc has been wanting me to get an endoscopy for the last 2 years and I was going to wait until my next colonoscopy, which would be next February. Since I was having the issues, I didn't want to wait that long. So, I got my endoscopy done this morning and it went great! I got checked in and all hooked up to everything. Then I had to gargle some solution to numb my throat and that is all I remember. I woke up to "everything looks great"! They did see some areas where the acid reflux was happening, and he wrote a script for me. But other than that I am great! Another thing that is done and I no longer have to worry about. Thank God all is clear!
