July Fun!

Sorry it's been a while, but things have been pretty busy around here lately. We had a wonderful 4th of July! We went over to Nana and Papa's house and had a very relaxing day! My Uncle Bill and Aunt Kim were down here, so it was nice to be able to see them. We went swimming, and fishing, and we ended the day with watching the fireworks and having a bonfire. It was just the perfect day! Uncle Bill took Caden fishing and tried to get Caden to kiss the fish he caught. He sure loved fishing with Uncle Bill! Caden did very well with watching the fireworks and every time they went off he would say "ooo pretty". I was holding him the entire time and just thinking that this is why I fought so hard through my cancer. It is so worth the fight to be able to hold and snuggle Caden all the time!
Caden has really been into baseball lately. We have taken him to watch Coleman, the neighbor kid, play baseball and he absolutely loves it! Caden will sit on my lap and hold his hands up like he has a bat and then he will swing when the players swing. I think we may have a baseball player on our hands. He also likes to stand by the fence and make sure that we all know where Coleman is at all times, and he will say "Go Coleman Go". He is so funny because he will act like he is holding a bat and he wants you to act like you have a baseball and he will swing his pretend bat after you throw the pretend baseball and then he will run in a circle to act like he is running the bases. What an imagination he has! We finally got him a t-ball set two weeks ago and he really enjoys playing with it.
Here are some recent pictures...enjoy!
